Job Summary

Serve as a clinical application expert to help customers contract and implement InterSystems solutions successfully and on time. You’ll analyze customer processes, run solution presentations and induction workshops, design and validate configurations and migrated data, and troubleshoot issues during implementation. After go-live, you provide on-site support, complete handover, and train customer trainers on TrakCare functions while staying current with product releases.

Key Responsibilities

•Review proposal and tender documentation, analyze customer processes, identify gaps, and run solution presentations using the ARIES Customer Engagement Methodology.
•Advise customers on adopting InterSystems solutions, mapping product components to minimize variations from standard products, and produce required documentation (business requirements/maps, solution design, validation scripts).
•Set up customer site configuration, create validation scripts, participate in validating configured systems and migrated data, and support customer validation.
•Troubleshoot issues during implementation, distinguish issues from change requests, follow standard procedures for logging/configuration, and coordinate with the Project Manager/Product Team on fixes.
•Prepare training materials, conduct training and workshops, provide on-site go-live support, liaise with other departments for remaining issues, and complete support handover.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of healthcare experience with a strong understanding of clinical processes.
•Experience with EMR systems and understanding of Hospital Information, Patient Administration (PAS), and Clinical Information Systems.
•Experience working in a nursing role within a hospital environment.
•Strong communication skills and experience conducting customer training, workshops, and/or presentations.
•Ability to write functional documents and perform business process mapping.
