Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience through staff productivity and active selling.
  • •Role-model adidas service and selling standards and lead/inspire the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • •Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure shop floor replenishment.
  • •Train and coach the team to refine service skills and build foundational and seasonal brand/product knowledge.
  • •Coordinate inventory processing and maintain a seamless stock-to-floor process, sharing best practices to improve store team performance.
