Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, lead, and scale Account Success Teams for Tier 1 and Tier 2/3 Instinct customer accounts, including talent pipeline and engineering culture.
  • •Own end-to-end customer readiness, validation, deployment, onboarding, and long-term operations across AMD’s largest Instinct accounts.
  • •Operate within the Helios Customer Control Tower model to manage escalations and align resources across Platform, Software, and Engineering domains.
  • •Serve as AMD’s senior technical face to strategic accounts, resolving technical escalations and shaping deployment architecture.
  • •Define and track engineering health metrics (validation cycle time, deployment readiness, sustainment SLAs) and accelerate deployment timelines with executive reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 283,220 - 485,520 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience at a hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, Google, Meta, Oracle) or AI infrastructure company in a customer-facing engineering leadership role.
  • •Familiarity with large-scale Instinct/HPC cluster deployment and distributed AI training at scale.
  • •Track record of influencing product roadmap strategy based on customer field learnings.
  • •Prior VP or CVP-level experience leading Customer Engineering, Field Engineering, or Solutions Engineering organizations.
  • •BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
