Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate physical movement of vehicles through the sales lane to the block and parking following auction.
  • •Assign and oversee drivers, jump-start/battery operators, and push truck operators to maintain a smooth flow of traffic.
  • •Conduct inspections of support equipment and perform pre-sale meetings/walks to verify vehicles are in assigned lanes.
  • •Identify and address missing vehicles, overflow areas, inoperable vehicles, and other lane/auction issues; maintain the run list.
  • •Oversee parking of sold vehicles and re-parking of non-sold vehicles; respond to customer/dealer inquiries and report theft, lot damage, or safety concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination including additional education/certification, or 5 years’ experience in a related field.
  • •Valid driver’s license; ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
  • •Basic mechanical knowledge to identify issues (e.g., flat tires, low gas, jump-starting vehicles).
  • •Ability to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear for extended periods; walk long distances.
  • •Pre-employment drug test required (drug-free workplace policies apply).
