Job Summary

Lead an enterprise workforce management and time/attendance technology program to improve scheduling accuracy, pay, and operational efficiencies. Manage a team of support professionals delivering time systems to hourly payroll on a weekly cadence, while upholding HR policies, pay practices, and applicable laws and union contracts. Drive enterprise-wide initiatives through technical and analytical leadership, requirements definition, system upgrades, testing, break/fixes, and KPI/SLA performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive, implement, and manage an enterprise-wide end-to-end workforce management solution for accurate scheduling and pay.
•Lead and inspire a complex team to advance time systems delivery, including delegation, motivation, and decision-making.
•Ensure time system functions uphold Tyson HR policies and business procedures, producing accurate time calculations aligned to location pay practices and governing requirements.
•Oversee system integrity through data mining for legal requests, testing upgrades, and managing break/fixes and new functionality.
•Define user requirements and technical specifications, establish productivity/quality/customer service standards, and ensure weekly payroll delivery via KPIs and SLAs.
