EPMO Program Manager

Lead end-to-end management of strategic programs for the Enterprise Strategy & Planning team, ensuring initiatives are planned and executed on time and within budget. Partner with VP’s and Directors, orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders across areas like Technology, HR, and Finance, and establish governance around risks and dependencies. Define and track KPIs, ROI, and business outcomes while mentoring program and project management personnel to drive continuous improvement.
