Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage reconditioning, PDI, and required recalls for all new/used vehicles to ensure timely completion.
  • •Oversee internal repair orders for PDI, CPO, new/used required recalls, and reconditioning services.
  • •Schedule staffing by maintaining a plan for technician/porter absences for training, vacation, or personal reasons.
  • •Conduct walk-around inspections and create comprehensive estimates including required work, cost, and timing.
  • •Manage reconditioning within After-Sales Compass RPR, liaise with parts/service teams and vendors for recall completion, and ensure CPO criteria and pricing/labor standards are met.
