Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for PMC services, acting as single point accountable for project delivery and PMC performance.
  • •Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary PMC personnel and specialist teams, establishing governance, delegation, and decision-making protocols.
  • •Oversee integrated project execution planning, directing schedules, milestones, and delivery of terminal buildings, airside infrastructure, landside connectivity, utilities, ancillary facilities, and testing/commissioning/handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or related discipline).
  • •20–25 years of professional experience in planning, design, project management, or construction management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • •Minimum 15 years of aviation-sector experience leading projects involving passenger terminal buildings, airside infrastructure, utilities, support facilities, and associated developments.
  • •Experience as Project Director/Project Head/Team Leader in at least two significant-scale airport development projects with multidisciplinary stakeholder management.
  • •Strong knowledge of airport development processes, contract administration, project controls, regulatory approvals, airport operations, and aviation standards.
