Drive technical success for a portfolio of new and early-stage customers, accelerating time-to-value and sustained adoption of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. Serve as a dedicated technical partner post-contract close, guiding data strategy, architecture, and workload setup (including RBAC/security). Leverage AI-powered development tools and coding agents to accelerate implementation, triage technical inquiries, and build reusable programs like labs and webinars while feeding field insights back to product and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of new and early-stage customers, accelerating time-to-value and driving sustained platform growth.
•Lead account micro-business ownership, acting as a single point of contact and driving adoption metrics.
•Provide architectural leadership and Snowflake-specific best practices, including workload isolation, warehouse utilization, monitoring/alerts, budgeting, and RBAC/security setup.
•Deliver technical value using AI-powered development tools and automation to accelerate solutions toward production.
•Triage customer inquiries with demos and troubleshooting, create reusable enablement programs (e.g., labs and webinars), and provide feedback to product and engineering.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: COP 248,000,000 - 310,000,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with SQL.
•Strong foundational knowledge of data architecture and data analytics, including core concepts of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
•Project management skills to manage multiple projects and drive customers to an agreed-upon timeline.
•University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent practical technical experience.
