Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of new and early-stage customers, accelerating time-to-value and driving sustained platform growth.
  • •Lead account micro-business ownership, acting as a single point of contact and driving adoption metrics.
  • •Provide architectural leadership and Snowflake-specific best practices, including workload isolation, warehouse utilization, monitoring/alerts, budgeting, and RBAC/security setup.
  • •Deliver technical value using AI-powered development tools and automation to accelerate solutions toward production.
  • •Triage customer inquiries with demos and troubleshooting, create reusable enablement programs (e.g., labs and webinars), and provide feedback to product and engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with SQL.
  • •Strong foundational knowledge of data architecture and data analytics, including core concepts of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • •Project management skills to manage multiple projects and drive customers to an agreed-upon timeline.
