Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently coordinate continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across GBS functions to increase efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • •Independently lead and deliver small to medium-sized projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, business objectives, and governance requirements are met.
  • •Serve as a coordination point between GBS teams, local operations, and enabling functions (IT, Finance, Governance) to ensure clear communication and execution.
  • •Proactively identify and track risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating timely follow-ups to support disciplined delivery.
  • •Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, maintain reporting and dashboards, and support documentation, training materials, knowledge transfer, and handover to operations teams.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in project coordination, transformation, implementation support, or a GBS/SSC environment with ownership of defined workstreams or subprocesses.
  • •Strong project management skills, including successfully leading cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
  • •Ability to independently manage dependencies, risks, stakeholders, and deliverables within an agreed scope.
  • •Expertise in process optimization frameworks, operational excellence methodologies, and change implementation practices.
  • •Professional certification in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, Scrum) and continuous improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) is highly preferred.
