Support SME customers at branch locations by handling walk-in and sourced leads, including account opening and ongoing account servicing. Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, ensure documents and captured data are complete, and meet SLA/TAT commitments. Provide day-to-day requests such as SMS/online banking setup and account changes, while also identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities during customer interactions.
