Construction Manager (KSA, SA)

Oversee and coordinate construction activities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Lead the construction team, subcontractors, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Own cost control, cost planning, value engineering, contract administration, risk/hazard elimination, and tendering support. Manage HSE initiatives, incident reporting, and quality/value of services and goods across all project phases.
