Senior Project Engineer

Own test and evaluation planning and execution within a cross-functional team, from integration/testing strategy through production-ready outcomes. Coordinate all testing activities—personnel, equipment, datalinks, facilities, and compliance—while providing oversight at system and subsystem levels. Create and communicate test plans, procedures, and documentation, support safety and readiness reviews, and collaborate with government stakeholders to deliver scheduled technical and tactical results.
