Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute OCM activities under the program’s OCM Lead, supporting the OCM strategy and stakeholder engagement plan for a federal cloud migration.
  • •Develop and distribute change communications, FAQs, and readiness materials for business and technical stakeholders.
  • •Conduct organizational readiness assessments and stakeholder impact analyses across assessment, migration planning, migration, and transition phases.
  • •Support the design and delivery of training and adoption resources for new cloud tools and processes, and track adoption metrics and readiness indicators.
  • •Coordinate knowledge transfer between technical cloud teams and end-user business groups, identify resistance/low engagement, and escalate mitigation approaches as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Business, IT, Psychology, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of related experience performing organizational change management activities described in the role.
  • •Experience supporting organizational change management on federal programs, ideally involving IT or cloud modernization initiatives.
  • •Familiarity applying Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change models in government or highly regulated environments.
  • •Proficiency using OCM tools such as change tracking dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), surveys (SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics), and collaboration platforms (MS Teams, SharePoint).
