Job Summary

Drive AI CoE outreach and community presence as a senior individual contributor, shaping the AI CoE’s voice, brand, and narrative across channels and audiences. Own editorial stewardship for the AI CoE SharePoint and Viva Engage community, refine KPIs, and connect activity to strategic outcomes. Lead and evolve signature programs (AI Conversations, Champions), partner with Global Learning & Development and technical teams, and support executive-facing events and senior leadership education sessions.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and evolve a unified AI CoE outreach and engagement strategy positioning the CoE as the trusted voice for AI.
•Own editorial stewardship of the AI CoE SharePoint site and Viva Engage community, including content architecture, voice, governance, and maintenance.
•Lead strategy, design, and rebranding of flagship AI CoE programs (AI Conversations and legacy Champions community) and refine programs based on impact.
•Coordinate cross-functional outreach partnerships with Global Learning & Development and technical teams, ensuring alignment with AI upskilling roadmaps and persona strategies.
•Develop outreach KPIs and produce executive-ready readouts for leadership forums; provide hands-on support for senior leadership and enterprise AI learning events.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
•At least 10 years of experience planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling IT projects.
•More than 8 years of relevant experience in outreach, communications, community building, learning and development, or program strategy with exposure to AI, emerging technology, or innovation environments.
•Demonstrated ability to shape strategy, brand, and community for a technical or specialized function in a large enterprise.
•Hands-on experience designing, maintaining, and governing SharePoint sites and Viva Engage communities with content strategy and engagement analytics.
