Key Responsibilities

  • •Data as a Product (DaaP): Evangelize and implement a Data as a Product mindset for a self-service, scalable data platform.
  • •AI Enablement: Partner with AI and Engineering teams to integrate AI-driven use cases into the core data fabric for ML, predictive analytics, and automation.
  • •Infrastructure Strategy: Guide evolution using Data Lakes, Data Mesh, Medallion Architecture, Databricks, Snowflake, and related cloud data platforms.
  • •Data Integrity & Semantic Impact: Define and manage semantic layer and data integrity practices across business units.
  • •Compliance & Ethics: Establish and automate robust data governance standards, including metadata management and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2).

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in Product Management with a significant focus on AI & data infrastructure, core backend platforms, or high-scale technical SaaS products
  • •Proven track record of owning and driving execution roadmaps for critical, scalable data systems
  • •Extensive and current technical depth in AI foundations and platforms (agentic frameworks, transformer architectures, prompt engineering, embedding strategies) and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake)
  • •Knowledge of Data Warehousing (Dimensional Modeling, Data Vault 2.0) and architecture (Medallion Architecture, data integrity practices)
  • •Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical needs into clear business value, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
