Job Summary

Deliver L2 security managed services by monitoring client security infrastructures, handling tickets and requests within SLA, investigating and resolving incidents, and updating work queues with accurate resolution actions. Triage and troubleshoot escalations, assist with triage for L1 engineers, and execute approved changes while managing risks and documentation. Partner with automation teams to streamline and automate routine operations, and analyze ticket trends to recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and manage client security infrastructures and systems, ensuring operational continuity.
•Handle client requests/tickets with technical expertise, investigate incidents, and resolve within agreed SLAs.
•Manage work queues, log incidents promptly, and update tickets with resolution actions and communications.
•Assist with initial client escalations, triage, troubleshooting, and second-level support as needed.
•Execute approved changes responsibly, support change management documentation and maintenance planning, and collaborate with automation teams to optimize and automate routine tasks.

Key Requirements

•Experience in managed services supporting security infrastructure and working knowledge of ticketing tools (preferably ServiceNow).
•Ability to actively listen, using paraphrasing and probing to gather accurate information.
•Strong planning skills to anticipate and adjust to changing circumstances.
•Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset that prioritizes client needs and experience.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing, or relevant work experience.
