Deliver shipments efficiently by following delivery-center checklists, operational standards, and delivery procedures (address checking, sorting, and customer contact to confirm delivery date/location). Ensure timely return to the delivery center, update the operations system, and meet shipment targets. Maintain safety and security standards, follow vehicle-related procedures, perform routine maintenance tasks, and handle clerical/emergency duties while providing high-quality customer service and managing inquiries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent operations.
•Implement ready-to-deliver checklists and follow delivery procedures for ready shipments, including address checking and sorting.
•Ensure completion and timely return to the delivery center; update the operations system and hand over bills to in-charge staff.
•Follow safety and security standards in the operating locations.
•Provide fast, efficient customer services, including answering questions, collecting feedback, and handling client complaints.

Key Requirements

•High School degree or equivalent.
•2-5 years of experience in a Delivery Center.
•Knowledge in IT skills.
•Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
•Valid Driver’s License, Evidence of Insurability, and a Forklift certificate.
