Job Summary

Support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles in a hands-on, execution-focused environment. Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and outreach; screen and coordinate interviews; and keep ATS records accurate and up to date. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain fast, consistent hiring operations, while contributing to recruiting projects, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Support full recruitment across roles from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer support.
•Source candidates using channels including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
•Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate fit, motivation, and communication.
•Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.
•Maintain accurate ATS candidate records and support recruiting projects, process improvements, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Requirements

•0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are welcome).
•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills.
•Comfort working with Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems.
•A proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback, able to manage multiple tasks reliably.
