Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel staff in designated pool and beach areas during posted business hours. Monitor and manage water sports areas, respond to emergencies, keep hazardous zones clear, and log water-sports activity details.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees in designated swimming areas during posted business hours.
•Maintain lifeguard readiness and perform artificial resuscitation (mouth-to-mouth) and CPR when needed.
•Set up and maintain pool/beach safety equipment including flotation devices, flags, rescue surfboard/boat, first-aid kit, and posted business hours.
•Keep designated swimming areas free of engine-driven boats, windsurfers, and sea bikes, and keep swimmers/snorkelers out of hazardous zones.
•Respond to emergencies within the hotel/resort swimming and pool area and supervise/log windsurfers, sailing boats, and sea bikes activities.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of work experience in a similar position.
•Must be a certified lifeguard from any world lifeguard association with active status.
•Graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education.
•Excellent English language skills (written, speaking, and reading).
•Excellent communication skills; flexible, reliable, and a team player.
