Job Summary

Support the Commercial Planning team with financial analysis, operational coordination, reporting, and process excellence. Serve as the local SAP key user for Commercial Planning and Finance, maintain operating procedures, and troubleshoot systems to optimize commercial workflows. Own and validate commercial reporting dashboards and planning tools, produce regular/ad hoc insights on trends, risks, and opportunities, and assist with forecasting, budgets, and ROI/investment performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the local SAP key user for Commercial Planning and Finance processes, including system troubleshooting and process optimization opportunities.
•Maintain and improve operating procedures to drive consistency, efficiency, and compliance with financial controls and sales management processes.
•Maintain commercial reporting dashboards, databases, and planning tools; ensure commercial data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
•Produce regular and ad hoc reporting to analyze trends and performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
•Support forecast management, allocations, budget tracking, actual spend vs forecast monitoring, and ROI/investment performance analysis.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in a commercial planning, commercial operations, or business planning role.
•Strong SAP knowledge, ideally within Finance and Controlling modules.
•Advanced Excel skills (Macro, Visual Basic, Automation, IA).
•Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail and process discipline.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with commercial awareness of retail environments.
