Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two social media managers, setting goals and performance expectations and managing account workload and content calendars.
•Own senior leadership LinkedIn strategy and output with an external agency, including liaison work, brief development, content approval, and performance tracking.
•Co-own corporate social media presence with Corporate Communications, aligning social content to broader communications strategy and managing publishing cadence and community engagement.
•Oversee social media strategy and execution for an additional brand account, guiding creative direction and ensuring timely, on-brand responses.
•Develop annual and quarterly social strategy across accounts, define and report KPIs, optimize based on data, and support test-and-learn and social advertising collaboration as needed.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of social media experience, with at least 2 years in a management or team lead role.
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
•Proven experience managing agency relationships and executive or leadership social profiles.
•Deep platform expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and emerging channels.
•Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic decisions, including familiarity with social media management tools (Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite).
