Clinical Nurse 1 (QA)

Provide safe, effective nursing care to a defined group of patients and families, following established nursing regimes and planning care under a preceptor or designated RN. Apply QCHP nursing competency framework and scope of practice, meet Joint Commission International and plan-of-care policy requirements, conduct assessments, deliver direct and indirect patient care, perform procedures like immunizations and phlebotomy, and document care in the electronic medical record while collaborating with care teams.
