Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive technical direction for agentic AI initiatives, including autonomy boundaries, system design patterns, and architecture standards.
  • •Design, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems used across multiple products.
  • •Own and evolve shared agentic AI capabilities such as agent frameworks and orchestration layers, planning/tool use/memory strategies, RAG pipelines, and LLM infrastructure/model gateways.
  • •Lead technical design reviews and guide tradeoffs across autonomy, safety, reliability, scalability, and cost; evaluate emerging models and agentic patterns.
  • •Recruit, hire, and develop engineering talent; lead iterative product development using lean principles; mentor senior engineers and raise the technical bar.

Salary: USD 144,250 - 256,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years building large-scale distributed systems and strong experience with LLM systems, agentic workflows, or advanced ML infrastructure.
  • •Proven ability to lead and grow engineering teams through complex deliveries and cross-team execution.
  • •Experience taking projects end-to-end from inception to delivery as a technical leader.
  • •Demonstrated mentorship and coaching to develop technical professionals.
  • •Deep agentic AI stack knowledge (planning, tool use, memory, evaluation) plus strong backend fundamentals across APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
