Job Summary

Support the Lark Marketing APAC team on short-term, real-world projects focused on customer advocacy and product storytelling. You’ll extract insights from customer success and usage data to write outcome-driven case studies and success stories, translate product capabilities into clear messaging for enablement and adoption, and create decks and visual assets in Figma using AI tools to draft and structure content.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify strong customer use cases with Customer Success Managers and country marketing leads, then extract insights from interviews, notes, and usage data to build structured narratives.
•Write outcome-driven case studies and success stories and document customer impact across industries and regions in a consistent format.
•Translate product capabilities into clear messaging with Presales and Growth teams, breaking down complex features into user-centric explanations.
•Create product explainers and narrative assets to support enablement and adoption, ensuring consistency between positioning and customer-facing materials.
•Design decks and visual assets in Figma and use AI tools to support drafting and synthesis; maintain and organize customer and product content libraries.

Key Requirements

•Be ideally pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.
•Have proficiency with Figma and good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
•Have experience with video production, editing, and animation as a strong plus.
•Be proficient in Excel or other data analysis tools.
•Show strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
