Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and recommend industrial scenarios (Make/Team/Buy) early in the offer phase considering technology, cost, procurement, and subcontracting constraints.
  • •Own the industrial plan including test specifications and ensure technology choices are implemented in production processes.
  • •Define the industrial process and associated testing for a project or a center of competence, including reuse and necessary evolutions of existing solutions.
  • •Guarantee industrialization phase execution and series production launch on the production site, including prototype phase management and optimization of production processes and tooling.
  • •Define and optimize production documentation, tools, processes, and technical production data (ERP), manage PRR, set test/de-vermining strategy, and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent with multidisciplinary knowledge in electrical, hyperfrequencies, mechanics, test benches, and integration technologies.
  • •Build and lead action plans to achieve manufacturing maturity and product practicability at target costs for series production.
  • •Pilot multidiscipline industrialization workstreams.
  • •Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team with strong leadership and collaboration.
  • •Contribute to evolving technologies, processes, and industrial assemblies throughout offer, design, and production phases.
