Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage product development timelines across new items, extensions, vendor transitions, and refreshes; track milestones and escalate risks early.
  • •Coordinate across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Technical Development, Materials, QA, Creative, and Vendors to align on dependencies and development status.
  • •Ensure complete, accurate product documentation is ready before vendor handoff, including technical specifications, build documentation, testing requirements, and fit inputs.
  • •Coordinate sample requests, shipments, reviews, fit requests, and revisions to maintain momentum toward target timelines.
  • •Facilitate product reviews and approvals by tracking testing requests and results; run in-person country development trips to accelerate decision-making.
