Technical Analyst I

Serve as the single technology point of contact for revenue-generating locations, coordinating with project teams and business owners to design, develop, test, and support technology used on-site. Manage infrastructure inter-connectivity and service delivery, including installation, preventive maintenance, incident/problem/change management, disaster recovery, client service support, and training. Ensure system integrity, security, high uptime, and strong documentation for end users and local teams.
