Lead VETTE’s merchandising and vendor partnerships strategy across Vogue Shopping and creator storefronts, operating a curated multi-vendor marketplace model. Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead brand acquisition strategy and build a brand matrix balancing emerging and established brands across key categories.
•Own the vendor relationship lifecycle, including new-brand discovery, exclusive/product initiatives, and high-trust brand team partnership management.
•Lead commercial planning each season and negotiate full-funnel commercial terms, including commission structures, exclusives, co-op marketing, and launch windows.
•Own vendor performance across revenue, margin, sell-through, and conversion; build reporting infrastructure for self-serve performance insights and real-time decisions.
•Create and own the visual merchandising playbook across Vogue Shopping and creator storefronts, collaborating with Product/Technology and leading team growth and processes.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 157,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, or vendor partnerships within a multi-brand e-commerce retailer.
•Deep network of relationships across emerging, contemporary, and luxury fashion brands, including European markets.
•Proven experience building and managing brand portfolios and assortment strategies at scale.
•Strong expertise in both marketplace and inventory-based commerce models.
•Experience leading merchandise planning and driving financial performance (revenue, margin, inventory turn).
