Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver client solutions and recommendations that support clients’ financial wellness goals by referring appropriate investment and insurance products.
  • •Build and maintain a private client referral pipeline through disciplined prospecting, identifying internal/external centers of influence, and documenting calling efforts.
  • •Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services, as well as competitive products, to lead meaningful financial wellness conversations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and support branch operations by assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures by documenting client interactions; participate in branch huddles and work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience and a foundation in sales and service techniques for working with clients.
  • •Experience developing new and existing customer relationships while achieving sales goals and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Comfort with prospecting and networking (including tele-consulting, outside calling) and ability to ask fact-finding questions.
  • •Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and ability to influence business partners through centers of influence.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows, Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients on digital platforms.
