Threat Intel Manager, Influence Operations & Surveillance

Build and lead the Influence Operations & Surveillance threat intelligence mission within Safeguards, owning strategy, priorities, and outcomes. Manage a small team of technical investigators, personally guide complex cases involving state-linked surveillance misuse and spyware ecosystems, and stand up the team’s first automated detection capabilities. Perform cross-platform campaign analysis across social and messaging channels, attribute actors, and drive partner and public reporting to inform safety-by-design approaches for multimodal AI.
