Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including non-technical troubleshooting and repair of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC requests.
  • •Conduct site-wide maintenance such as painting, patching walls, replacing ceiling/flooring tiles, and maintaining carpets.
  • •Inspect and repair assigned interior and exterior areas including walls, floors, installed fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting.
  • •Support janitorial and hospitality needs, including moving furniture/equipment, disposing of garbage using forklifted dumpster bins, and event setup/tear down.
  • •Open, track, and resolve work tickets using SpaceX’s custom work order system and adhere to safety guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
  • •Knowledge of HVAC operation and design principles, including refrigeration, chillers, boilers, and air-handling equipment.
  • •Experience with plumbing design and operation, including domestic water, wastewater, venting, and storm systems.
  • •Ability to read instructions and blueprints.
