Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the entire project planning, control, and autonomous leadership of ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, including assisting the sales team with proposals for potential and existing customers.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for all customer and staff challenges, ensuring project goals (budget, timeline, quality) are met and forming multinational, interdisciplinary project teams.
  • •Provide methodological delivery responsibility for agile project execution following the Avanade methodology.
  • •Lead and coordinate customer relationships and team dynamics, fostering collaboration across onshore and offshore resources.
  • •Develop End-to-End processes, define services based on technical and functional expertise, and ensure transparent communication of processes, tasks, and structures throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven project leadership and consulting experience with strong client interaction and the ability to align expectations with project outcomes.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business informatics, business administration or a related field.
  • •Fluency in German and English (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus.
  • •Solid understanding of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or comparable ERP solutions.
  • •Experience leading teams onshore and offshore and managing end-to-end ERP implementations.
