Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and evolve the sourcing and curation strategy for each cycle, including future-oriented trend monitoring and annual learning capture.
  • •Lead selection and diligence for organizations, testing readiness, viability, and portfolio fit.
  • •Build evidence-based recommendations, including rationale and risks, that support finalist selection.
  • •Cultivate and steward partners who bring ideas through ongoing relationships, representing Audacious’s point of view in the field.
  • •Lead the Discovery and Insight vertical by resourcing strategically and developing a team of practitioners to grow discovery capacity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 280,000 - 300,000 annually

  • •Set strategy in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and make consequential decisions grounded in clear principles.
  • •Demonstrate strong generalist fluency across geographic, social-change, and innovation domains with credibility to engage experts.
  • •Experience building and developing teams and leading change management efforts while operating through influence across senior leadership.
  • •Maintain access to and standing within networks across the social-change and social-innovation ecosystem.
  • •Familiarity with funder-collaborative platforms and philanthropic sourcing/investment mechanisms (preferred).
