•Recruit, develop, and retain team members while fostering a collaborative, supportive workplace culture.

Key Requirements

•Juris Doctor with 5+ years of claims experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of claims experience, or a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of claims experience.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•Experience collaborating across teams.
•Knowledge of insurance legal statutes, claims handling, and regulatory environments.
