Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and execute communications strategy for DF brands to align with business goals and enhance brand visibility
  • •Implement internal, external, and crisis communications strategies and ensure consistent messaging
  • •Manage relationships with PR agencies, media, influencers, and partners; handle press enquiries as primary media contact
  • •Write and distribute press releases, website content, customer communications, media responses, and official statements
  • •Track and report performance metrics across media coverage, social engagement, campaigns, and influencer impact; attend events to create content

Key Requirements

  • •Prior PR and/or communications experience in a fast-paced communications role
  • •Strong copywriting, interpersonal, and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • •Solid understanding of event promotion, media relations, and communications strategies
  • •Proficiency with social media platforms, content management systems, and tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, and Monday.com
  • •Experience tracking performance metrics, campaign reporting, and conducting customer research
