Job Summary

Support the sales organization with technical expertise across pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales activities for mid and large enterprise accounts. Qualify leads, deliver presales solution demonstrations and proposals, and guide technical aspects of sales cycles from RFIs through RFPs/RFQs and POC demos. Serve as the main technical contact on sales calls and collaborate with technical support and engineering to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Pre-sales: assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
•Deliver presales solution offerings, including proposals, demos, and presentations.
•Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, from RFIs to RFPs/RFQs and related POC demos.
•Participate in preparing tender documents, proposals, RFIs/RFPs, and POC demo materials.
•Sales calls and post-sales: act as the main technical resource on calls and serve as the lead technical contact to resolve customer issues with support and engineering.

Key Requirements

•Field sales experience.
•Experience providing technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
•Experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
•Experience handling mid and large enterprise accounts, including lab setup and proof-of-concept (POC).
•Solid understanding of security solutions in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Alibaba, Google Cloud) and cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, and the Cyber Kill Chain.
