Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform control system hardware and application software detail engineering for ICSS/DCS/ESD/F&G projects (including HMI and application development).
  • •Deliver technical solutions to customers, translating project specifications/RFQs into engineering work packages (architecture, BOM, detailed engineering).
  • •Execute end-to-end system integration and verification: FAT at factory, loop checking, site commissioning, cut-over, and handover to the customer/LSS team.
  • •Collaborate with Project Lead, Engineering Supervisor, other leads, and the Project Manager; interpret P&IDs, control narratives, and logic diagrams.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures during engineering and site execution, identify improvements, and support continuous optimization of engineering effort.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of hands-on detail engineering, testing, and commissioning experience with DCS/Safety PLC/PLC (preferably Honeywell systems).
  • •Experience with third-party system interfaces including Modbus TCP/RTU and OPC (UA, DA, HDA, A&E).
  • •Knowledge of industrial communications including Profinet/Profibus, HART, and Foundation Fieldbus.
  • •Experience with advanced control node functions such as alarms, history, asset, and network management, plus TCP/IP networking and switch/router/domain controller configuration.
  • •Domain knowledge in refinery, petrochemicals, pipeline, power, or renewables; Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) in Instrumentation or Electronics.
