Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes, including visual execution and standards.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues in partnership with the General Manager.
  • •Champion inventory accuracy for sell-through management and coordinate labor hours to receive product deliveries efficiently.
  • •Support a safe work environment and efficient store operation.
  • •Lead the Operations and Visual team through accountability, coaching, development, succession planning, recruitment, and scheduling in partnership with the General Manager.

Key Requirements
