Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve Revenue Recapture, the highest revenue-producing product for automated dispute recapture.
  • •Design and build end-to-end automation for dispute effectiveness, progressing toward a “no humans in the loop” process from ingestion and decisioning through filing, tracking, and resolution.
  • •Develop scalable, reliable backend services in Java and build intuitive front-end experiences to surface dispute status, outcomes, and insights.
  • •Improve automation and win rates through experimentation and define and track success metrics.
  • •Ensure reliability and quality using sound architecture, automated testing, observability, and a focus on high service uptime and resilience.
