Job Summary

Own and evolve Revenue Recapture, an automated system that helps restaurants recover funds lost to delivery platform errors, unwarranted refunds, and chargebacks. Design end-to-end automation to reach a “no humans in the loop” workflow, building scalable Java backend services and front-end experiences that surface dispute status and insights. Drive win-rate improvements with experimentation, ensure reliability via architecture, automated testing, observability, and partner with Product, Data, Operations, and Support.

•Own and evolve Revenue Recapture, the highest revenue-producing product for automated dispute recapture.
•Design and build end-to-end automation for dispute effectiveness, progressing toward a “no humans in the loop” process from ingestion and decisioning through filing, tracking, and resolution.
•Develop scalable, reliable backend services in Java and build intuitive front-end experiences to surface dispute status, outcomes, and insights.
•Improve automation and win rates through experimentation and define and track success metrics.
•Ensure reliability and quality using sound architecture, automated testing, observability, and a focus on high service uptime and resilience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 167,000 - 230,000 annually
