Key Responsibilities

•Test the Popl Dashboard and mobile app with precision to ensure updates, features, and bug fixes perform flawlessly
•Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success to communicate issues and verify fixes
•Provide frontline support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and help users get the most out of Popl
•Organize and prioritize feature requests and bug reports to guide the product roadmap
•Determine release readiness and document findings to support deployment decisions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 90,000 annually

•Proficiency in coordinating with cross-functional teams to verify fixes and guide product improvements
