Job Summary

Lead maintenance strategy for the Jackson facility by partnering with the Plant Director and Production team to improve equipment uptime, efficiency, safety, quality, and manufacturing performance. Manage supervisors overseeing day-to-day plant technical resources, schedule preventive maintenance, drive cost reduction through process control, and ensure compliance with safety/quality standards including ISO and food-safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Report to the Plant Director and manage plant technical resources to maintain equipment and processes.
•Meet operational goals, product cost targets, product quality objectives, and safety goals and objectives.
•Schedule preventive maintenance with Scheduling and work with production supervisors on training programs.
•Direct Maintenance / Tooling / Automation Supervisors related to production equipment and costs.
•Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements, including ISO 9001, ASI-Food Safety, and ISO 15378.

Key Requirements

•A college degree or equivalent experience in business or related disciplines is preferred.
•Strong working knowledge of manufacturing equipment and building support systems.

•Experience in INJ / SBM / EBM / IBM / RHB / plastics manufacturing is preferred.
