Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the Plant Director and manage plant technical resources to maintain equipment and processes.
  • •Meet operational goals, product cost targets, product quality objectives, and safety goals and objectives.
  • •Schedule preventive maintenance with Scheduling and work with production supervisors on training programs.
  • •Direct Maintenance / Tooling / Automation Supervisors related to production equipment and costs.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements, including ISO 9001, ASI-Food Safety, and ISO 15378.

Key Requirements

  • •A college degree or equivalent experience in business or related disciplines is preferred.
  • •Strong working knowledge of manufacturing equipment and building support systems.

  • •Capable of training others as needed and providing strong interpersonal communication and leadership.
  • •Experience in INJ / SBM / EBM / IBM / RHB / plastics manufacturing is preferred.
