•Define and implement the global outbound reactivation operations strategy to drive customer reactivation, revenue recovery, and reduced CAC.
•Oversee global reactivation BPO partner performance and ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
•Lead partner selection, onboarding, contract alignment, and continuous evaluation of global BPO providers.
•Collaborate with external partners to standardize processes, align operating models, and elevate agent performance globally.
•Lead operational excellence initiatives and manage QA oversight to improve call center productivity, streamline processes, and enhance customer experience compliance.

•Expertise in call center optimization, including identifying inefficiencies, standardizing workflows, building scalable process models, and using data-driven decision-making.
•Leadership experience managing Quality Assurance (QA) teams, enforcing call compliance, and monitoring voice and digital quality metrics across regions.
•Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills across marketing, regional leads, global executives, and international partners.
