Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach clients while meeting personal and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive revenue via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and transaction handling while maintaining service and asset protection standards.
