Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet CarMax quality and safety standards.
•Collaborate with a skilled team to solve technical challenges quickly and effectively.
•Recondition vehicles across engines, brakes, steering/suspension, and related systems.
•Uphold customer satisfaction and trust through reliable, accurate repairs.
•Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and keep the work area clean and orderly.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 34.93 - 47.68 hourly

Key Requirements

•Hold a PA State Inspection License or be eligible and willing to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
•Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
•Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
•Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
•Valid driver’s license and, where required by State/Local law, maintain ASE Certifications (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8).
