Job Summary

Lead the endpoint privilege management product line within a cloud-native identity security platform. Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap, define and prioritize the backlog, and deliver customer-centric features with agile teams. Partner closely with Engineering, QA, Support, Product Marketing, UX, and Technical Writing to ensure high-quality launches, align positioning and pricing, and translate customer feedback into actionable requirements. Hybrid schedule in Mexico City with strong regional support.

•Define and evolve the product strategy and product vision for endpoint privilege management.
•Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, delivering iterative value with agile teams.
•Engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction.
•Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support to ensure high-quality releases and timely delivery.
•Collaborate with Product Marketing to shape positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
•4+ years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
•4+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security-related roles.
•Strong domain knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure services, and enterprise IT environments (e.g., Active Directory).
•Experience with endpoint security products (endpoint protection, EDR, or privileged access management) is highly desirable.
