Senior Director, Development

Lead end-to-end development for Crusoe’s flagship AI data center campuses, owning multi-billion-dollar investment delivery from site selection and entitlements through municipal negotiations and commissioning. Serve as the accountable executive for budget, quality, and speed-to-market while orchestrating executive-level risk mitigation. Partner with construction managers, engineers, and consultants, and act as the primary liaison to government, utilities, and community stakeholders.
