Job Summary

As an Account Manager for DACH with German fluency, you will grow Mixpanel’s enterprise SaaS book across 40-75 accounts, focusing on adoption, value realization, and revenue expansion. You’ll partner with engineering and product teams, run workshops, maintain Salesforce forecasts, and translate customer needs into product feedback. This role is hybrid in London with relocation support.

Key Responsibilities

•Owns and maintains relationships with director and executive-level economic buyers by aligning their objectives with the value Mixpanel delivers.
•Builds and maintains a long-term account plan and strategy for 40-75 accounts with $2M-$3M value.
•Maintains Salesforce records related to renewal, upsell, and churn opportunities, and delivers weekly revenue forecasts.
•Acts as a data and analytics thought leader and partner to accounts through use cases and business impact.
•Host analytics workshops, brainstorms, and product trainings to ensure end users adopt and use Mixpanel.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of full cycle SaaS post-sales account management experience.
•Experience managing a book of business in the $1M-$2.5M range.
•Fluent in German
•Able to build credibility with a technical end-user in Engineering, Product, and Design functions, by showcasing Product and Industry knowledge and expertise.
•Effective communicator and collaborator—excellent team player.
