Job Summary

Inspect, monitor, and maintain a Sephora omni-channel distribution center by completing preventive maintenance on material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems. Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs, upgrades, and documentation, collaborating with maintenance/facilities leadership and external service providers. Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies through required training, reporting, and safe operation across indoor and outdoor facility areas.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete preventive maintenance tasks on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and building HVAC systems.
•Assess, perform, and document necessary equipment and facility repairs, adjustments, and upgrades.
•Conduct complex mechanical and electrical equipment and facility repairs.
•Complete required OSHA and state-mandated training related to maintenance and sanitation activities.
•Maintain a flexible schedule and comply with shift, overtime, and safety reporting requirements.

Salary: USD 34.5 - 36.9 hourly

Key Requirements

•6+ months experience with PLC logic principles including uploading/downloading PLCs, plus related controls (SCSs, scanners, photo sensors, remote I/O, servo drives, and variable frequency drives).
•Associate’s Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology (preferred) and either 2 years of maintenance experience (facilities/distribution/manufacturing) or 4+ years without the degree.
•Automated Process Control or MHE (material handling equipment) maintenance experience.
•Hands-on mechanical and/or electrical maintenance with extensive troubleshooting and repair experience.
•Experience enforcing Lock-out/Tag-out, fall protection, and other OSHA regulations; welding and/or fabrication experience is preferred.
