Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead local S&OP and align supply and demand through collaboration with customers, suppliers, product group, and operations
  • •Use local supply chain systems to enhance operational efficiency, driving digital transformation initiatives with ONE ERP
  • •Ensure data accuracy in local supply chain systems and provide optimization proposals using actionable insights
  • •Standardize, optimize, and monitor local supply chain processes and establish KPIs (e.g., IDS, obsolescence, DOT, order fulfillment lead-time)
  • •Support inventory planning and forecasting by analyzing supply requirements and reviewing forecasts with suppliers and production management

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • •5+ years of experience with management responsibility
  • •In-depth knowledge of production processes, manufacturing, and supply chain management
  • •Analytical and problem-solving skills to use improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and develop standard operating procedures
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and knowledgeable in ERP systems for supply chain management
